At 1-800 ToolRepair, getting your broken equipment repaired is as easy as 1-2-3:

2. Print your completed form and pack with your broken tool(s).
3. Ship it to us for repair, and we'll do the rest.

What happens once we receive your tool?

• As soon as we receive your broken equipment, we'll log it into our system and get to work diagnosing the problem. And, we'll email to tell you we have your tool in-house.
• When we have an estimate on what the repair cost will be, we'll email a second time and ask for your approval to repair.
• Next, log in to our system, review the estimate and notes for the broken tool and tell us what to do. If you approve the estimate and want us to complete the repair, select this option. If you don't want us to repair the tool, select that option instead. And, if you have questions, submit a request for more information and one of our technicians will respond to assist you.
• As soon as your tool is ready either for pick up in one of our stores or for return shipping, we'll email you a third time. Note: If we're shipping your repaired equipment, give us a call and we'll process your payment by phone to complete the repair order.
